Smart Planning app for iPhone and iPad

Smart planning is the tool you need to easily manage your activities and plans.

Smart Planning enables you to upload online content and scan physical documents. The uploaded or scanned content is automatically saved as a pdf document to your Smart Planning archive. The content can be converted to the desired location on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Smart Planning identifies events in the content related to date (based on the standard way of writing DD.MM.YYYY) and time. The identified events are presented as options for conversion. You can also convert content other than events by “marking” it from the page the content was uploaded from or by editing the content of the scanned document. The url address is another alternative for conversion. The content can be converted to the calendar, as a text message, e-mail or as a note to a calendar contact. Upon conversion of identified events, the events are automatically stored on identified days and times in your calendar.

Smart Planning has a search functionality that allows you to search for free or busy time within a defined time period. You can search all days of the week or restrict your search to just a single day. From the result page, you can create new or edit existing calendar events. Furthermore you can search for calendar events, documents in your Smart Planning archive and people in your contact list. The search function allows you to search for individual letters in the subject line of the event or in the name of the person you are seeking, such as di in Ferdinand.

You can add own and external reminders related to events in your calendar via sms or e-mail. External messages can also be sent via social media like Facebook and Twitter.

Smart Planning is a standalone application that interacts with your phones original software.
